What Education Will Do For You

In the Romance Languages (Spanish, Italian, Romanian, French) to be Educated is to be someone who has experienced a life of learning to be well-mannered, polite, socially adept, well-groomed and presentable in every social rank.  When one thinks of all Education, seriously, doesn't all education direct us to this?  If I know more of history, science, painting, literature, mathematics, philosophy, logic, the dance, music, sculpture, economics, botany, anatomy, healing or even a certain business, aren't I able to present that knowledge to others so that they will recognize that I am someone who has realized the value of that knowledge and that I am a person who would give that value to others?  If I do that, won't others recognize the simple gesture of sharing my knowledge to be one of a good-natured, well-mannered person?  Others will consider me educated.  They will then begin the long journey to trust.  Their trust in me will allow me to show them how they can be educated and pass their knowledge to others.

In this way, the goodness of each individual will come through with the sharing of knowledge and fill the receiver of that knowledge with a warmth, perhaps even with love.  That warmth will prepare the receiver of knowledge to absorb it and to recognize the joy that the giver experiences, too.  In this recognition, the receiver of the knowledge will certainly feel attracted to giving this know-how at the very next chance they get.

Through this process of becoming learned and realizing the true value of being well-informed and passing it on with love and, eventually, conviction, the World will change, surely for the better.

What you will learn at Nouveau Riche will teach you how to speak the novel Real Estate Investing language with all its interesting terms.  As you speak the language more fluently, you will be exposed to other students who speak the language and who have used the language to build actual Real Estate Investment Transactions.  You will ask them and they will invite you to share in some of their transactions, to spread the risk and the reward.  You will know when to participate in such shared transactions and how you can benefit from them.  At that point, you will feel secure in your knowledge to the point that you will be able to evaluate a transaction by yourself and execute a plan to consummate the transaction by yourself, if you choose to do so.

You will have become an educated real estate investor and will be looked on by others as well-mannered, polite, socially adept, well-groomed, and presentable in every social rank.  You will feel so wonderful about what you are doing and about yourself.  This feeling will touch every part of your life and will allow you, the alchemist, to turn the lead in your life (your own conflicts) into gold (conflict resolution).
